We will discuss your current difficulties, your hopes for therapy, and what you would like to work towards. It is also a chance for you to ask any questions and decide whether you feel we would be a good fit to work together.

I currently offer appointments online, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

The number of sessions varies depending on your individual circumstances, goals and the difficulties you are experiencing. Some people find that a shorter period of therapy is helpful, while others benefit from longer-term support. We will regularly review our work together to ensure therapy continues to meet your needs.

Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually held weekly, particularly at the beginning of therapy. We can discuss what frequency feels most appropriate for your needs.

Individual therapy sessions are £120 per session, payable by bank transfer.

Yes. I work with several private health insurance providers, including Aviva, AXA Health, Vitality and WPA. I can invoice insurers directly where appropriate. Please check with your provider regarding your level of cover and any authorisation requirements.

No, you can contact me directly to arrange an initial appointment. A GP referral is not required unless this is needed by your health insurance provider.

Yes, confidentiality is an important part of psychological therapy. There are some professional and legal exceptions where information may need to be shared, such as concerns about serious risk of harm. We can discuss this in more detail during your first session.
